The Fisher Gemini-3 is a high-quality 2-box locator for deep detection. The transmitter of the Gemini-3 sends a radio frequency signal into the ground, which creates an electromagnetic field around buried objects. The receiver detects the electromagnetic field around this object. The principle of the separate large loop enables enormous penetration depths to be achieved on larger metal objects.

The new Fisher Gemini-3 is the successor to the Gemini-2 and offers the user up to 20% more search depth. The system was developed to locate large metal parts in depth. All metals are displayed without metal filtering (discrimination). Because smaller metal parts such as nails, drawing tabs and small non-ferrous metals can be ignored, areas scrapped with small parts can be searched relatively quickly by the user and large parts are reliably located at impressive depths!

The deep location system is ideal for searching for large antique hoards (treasures), various depots from the world wars: Helmets, weapons, vehicles, aircraft engines and much more. - In short, for the deep detection of all larger types of metal that are no longer detectable by "normal" hobby equipment at great depths. Voluminous objects can still be located at a depth of 4 m, very large metals at a depth of over 6 m!
