The advanced digital ground balancing system of AXIOM™ offers independent two-channel ground balancing that covers the full spectrum of mineralization. The AXIOM™ offers a very large adjustment range. From extremely highly mineralized magnetic soil, hot dry red rock, gravel, salty soil, or up to the saltwater beach. And all soils in between. 

Choose between Audio 00 (PWM Audio) or Audio 01 (VCO Audio)! PWM audio sounds like the familiar tones of the Garrett ATX. With PWM audio, the volume of the target increases proportionally to the signal strength, but the pitch is either fixed to a high or a low tone. With VCO audio, both the volume and the pitch of the target increase proportionally to the signal strength. Most gold seekers prefer this type of audio setting because of the even response and its ability to perceive even weak targets.

Up to 16 hours runtime! When fully charged, the built-in, powerful lithium-ion battery of the AXIOM™ offers twice the battery life of other gold detectors! The supplied Axiom Booster Pack has space for 8 AA batteries, either standard or rechargeable batteries. With this pack, you can extend battery life on the go by another 6 hours.

The Garrett MasterSound-3 wireless headphones are wireless and work with a Z-Lynk™ transmitter. The Z-Lynk™ technology is 6x faster than Bluetooth. (From AT MAX, a transmitter is built into the detector.) The volume is adjustable on the headphones and there is a soft headband and comfortable ear cups. The headphones are easy to charge via a USB port and can be folded up small.
